All pieces are handmade and shipped worldwide from Turkey.

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment.

Custom commissions may require additional production time depending on complexity and stone availability.

Each order includes a tracking number once shipped.

International shipping cost: $15 USD.

Please note: due to postal restrictions, shipping to Germany and Belgium is currently unavailable.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at julia@vottovara.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original PayPal payment method.
