I live and work in Kazakhstan. I ship pendants worldwide. International shipping costs $20 USD.

Your pendant will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Please note: due to postal restrictions, shipping to Germany and Belgium is currently unavailable.

Shop Orders

You have 5 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, and it must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item, I will inspect it and notify you that it has been received.

If the item is in good condition, I will issue a refund to your PayPal account.
